No one needs an introduction to the Joker: the Clown Prince of Crime, and the arguable head of Batman's rogues gallery. A psychopath capable of any action, no matter how heinous, the Joker is a deadly opponent.
My friend Jeff chose the cosplay the Joker this year at GFGR 2015. True, the Joker doesn't have a goatee or shave his head--but he's had so many appearances in the past that it's not beyond the pale (no pun intended). Jeff threw this cosplay together and did a nice job. One thing that the picture can't convey is Jeff's mastery of the Heath Ledger version of the Joker, down to the speech pattern and general uneasiness that version of the character brings. During the cosplay contest, he called out Batman to come fight him, and it was quite believable. (His "Batman Armor" shirt was part of the cosplay--the Joker stole it, you see.)
This was Jeff's first attempt at a cosplay, so he did pretty well for his first time out.
