Asuka and Rei, Together Again

Anime Central didn't have a formal Evangelion photoshoot this year, which was strange, since the whole thing canonically is supposed to start this year.  We didn't let that stop us, though--we formed our own damn photoshoot!  Yeah!

Ahem.  Anyhow, we had a lot of fun as usual, even if we weren't official.  Here are one of two Reis and the Asuka that showed up.  Needless to say, Rei's plugsuit isn't exactly "regulation," but it looks excellent.  Both these ladies did an exceptional job on their cosplay, and were quite nice besides.  Rei there, IRL, is a music student and held a great panel on Evangelion music that night, while Asuka was kind of enough to take a few of these pictures you'll see here.  We Eva cosplayers have to stick together!
